Free Trial

TallyCare offers a 15-day free trial with no credit card required.

Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by law.

Refunds may be issued for:

• Duplicate charges
• Billing errors
• Technical issues that materially prevent service use

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge.

Non-Refundable Items

• Fees older than 30 days
• Annual subscriptions beyond 30 days
• Add-ons already used
• Services already provided

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time.

Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
