Billing & Plans
TallyCare offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Features and pricing are listed on our public pricing page.
Free Trial
All new accounts receive a 15-day free trial with full access to the platform. No credit card required.
Billing Cycles
- Monthly plans renew every 30 days
- Annual plans renew every 12 months
- Renewal occurs automatically unless canceled
Rate Locks
Early Adopter and promotional plans may include temporary rate locks.
After the lock period ends, standard pricing applies.
Add-Ons
Additional storage, locations, or usage-based features may incur additional fees.
Charges are prorated based on the billing cycle.
Price Changes
We may update pricing at any time.
Existing customers will receive at least 30 days' notice before changes take effect.
Late or Failed Payments
We may:
- Retry failed charges
- Limit functionality
- Suspend account access
